Holding Hands

“Grief and love are sisters, woven together from the beginning. Their kinship reminds us that there is no love that does not contain loss.”
— Francis Weller

Grief Community Resources

As an IFS Practitioner and fellow journeyer of grief and loss, I view grief as a process through which we commune with all aspects of our being within, while remembering that we are part of the whole without.  Grief is, in effect, unexpressed love.  And - grief is an integrative internal process that is meant to be held within community.

Please remember, that you are not alone in your grief. This page offers holistic resources for any stage and any type of grief. Take what resonates, in your own time.

On Sept 17, 2025, my dear sister transitioned. One way that I process grief is through poetry.  I share this poem to both honor my sister and inspire others to move through their grief with poetry...
